- Weekly guests reservations must pay a $50 electric utility deposit (refunded upon final utility bill payment).
- Extended monthly guests must pay a $100 electric utility deposit (refunded upon final utility bill payment).

At Bigfoot Kingtown RV Park, we will honor your site choice listed on the reservation confirmation; however, please understand that if modifications to a reservation occur, your designated site is dependent on availability, and at times it may be necessary for our staff at Bigfoot Kingtown RV Park to reassign you to a new site.
